Day 1: Sai Gon – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho

• Get picked-up at your accommodation in the city center and drive to Cai Be to take the boat trip on the river.
• Taste the local fruit, coconut juice on the boat.
• Visit local work – the handicraft with water hyacinth, banana leaf hammock.
• Take the rowing boat in the small canal surrounding by mangroves.
• Highlight of the day is taking the long boat trip crossing the River of Tien to Vinh Long Province.
• Have a set menu of delicious Southern local lunch (vegan/vegetarian lunch available) and learn how to make a Vietnamese pancake.
• Visit the local taste of coconut candy, pop rice.
• Drive to Can Tho and overnight at Can Tho Ecolodge/TTC Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang – Sai Gon

• Take the boat trip to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the biggest floating market in the Mekong.
• See how people trade and exchange their goods on the boat. Experience the feeling of purchasing on the local boat.
• Have the morning Vietnamese milk coffee and delicious breakfast on the boat.
• Visit the rice noodle making shop on the river.
• Visit a pine apple boat and talk to local boat owner to understand more about life in the floating market.
• Take a visit to a local wet market (An Binh Market).
• Get back to hotel for check out.
• Visit Binh Thuy Ancient House with unique architecture reminiscent of the Indochina period.
• Have lunch at local restaurant and drive back to Saigon.
